Enamel Interior. Cast Iron Exterior. The World’s Most Versatile Enameled Cast Iron Cookware.

Cook with the ease of smooth, non-stick enamel while enjoying the absolute robust durability of cast iron on the exterior. Effortlessly move from kitchen to grill to fire and expand your cooking repertoire with one complete line.

This is the beast of the family - like an oversized, ovular Dutch oven. Perfect for family-style cooking and one-pot meals, whether you want to slow-simmer a whole chicken, or make a flat of lasagna. Built-in ridges on the underside of the lid allow moisture to baste the dish, enhancing flavor to the max. It's the one piece of cookware you'll use way more than you think, and it will be your go-to for Thanksgiving feasts, campfire cookouts, and everything in between.

• Durable cast iron exterior suitable for indoor and open-fire use
• Cast iron retains and disperses heat more effectively than typical enamel
• Non-stick enamel interior is easy to clean and resistant to stains
• Copper-plated ring and handle enhances heat dissipation and adds elevated flair
• Ideal for use with wooden and silicone serving utensils

To clean, use soap and water in the interior of the teapot after use. Do not immerse fully in water. Dry completely after use to prevent rust on the exterior cast iron.

Season the exterior cast iron as needed.

To maintain the shine of the copper plating, wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth after each use. If it starts to tarnish, you can gently polish it with a copper cleaner, avoiding contact with the enamel or cast iron parts.
